High salary, benefit package, safe work environment, and a manageable work schedule, are all positive incentives for taking said job. A long commute is not often seen as a good thing.
An incentive is something that motivates or encourages someone to do something. In this case, a long commute would be the opposite of an incentive, as this implies a long time to arrive at work, having proper transportation, dealing with traffic, etc... so these are all cons when considering a job offer.
