Answer:    It is important to consume protein post-workout to help with tissue recovery and prepare for next workout.

Explanation:  Proteins are nitrogenous organic compounds and are an important part of every organism. Important components of the body tissues, such as muscles, hair, and are also important as antibodies and enzymes. They are made up of one or more amino acid chains. In addition, they consist of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, and it is a true example of nutrients found in foods. The protein intake after workout is very important because it helps the synthesis of muscle proteins and thus contributes to the recovery of tissue. Proteins are rich in energy because they contain chains of amino acids, and this energy helps tissue recovery, as well as the preparation of tissues for future efforts.

Dmitry [639]

This situation where Ben's family was poor and shifted to middle class in a time span of 18 years is an example of Social Mobility.

Social Mobility is said to be observed when Individuals, families, or other social units move in time between positions of varying advantage in a society's system of social stratification.

This shift in an individual or family's position can be both ways i.e. higher or lower. Social mobility is the extent to which people are able to move between socio-economic strata during their lifetime and between generations.
