The correct answer is B, as the Einstein-Szilard letter warned President Roosevelt that Germany was researching nuclear weapons.

The Einstein-Szilárd letter was a missive written by Leó Szilárd and signed by Albert Einstein, sent to the President of the United States Franklin D. Roosevelt on August 2, 1939. Written by Szilárd after consulting with his compatriots and friends, the Hungarian physicists Edward Teller and Eugene Wigner, the letter warned of the danger that Germany could develop atomic bombs, and suggested that the United States should start its own nuclear program. It incited Roosevelt to take immediate action, which ultimately resulted in the beginning of the Manhattan Project and the development of the first atomic bombs.

What is the plantlike name given to both the position of the japanese emperor and the seat used during his coronation ceremony?
Dmitriy789 [7]

Answer: Chrysanthemum  Throne

The chrysanthemum throne is the name given to the imperial throne of Japan, representing the institution of the Japanese monarchy.

Its name comes from the fact that the chrysanthemum is the national flower of Japan, as well as being the coat of arms of the emperor.

In this sense, the Chrysanthemum Throne is the oldest monarchy  in the world, and Emperor Naruhito is the 126th direct descendant of Jimmu, according to tradition.

It is important to note that Naruhito recently ascended the throne on April 30th, 2019, after his father, Akihito, abdicated the throne. It is worth noting that it is the first time in more than 200 years of the history of the Japanese monarchy that an emperor abdicates his throne.

Then, do a little recap on what you know on the terms. (EX: Boycott: Who boycotted? What did they boycott? Why did they boycott? etc)
Decide what your tone for the paragraph is going to be. ( Are you going to write a funny, fictional story about the colonies? or are you going to write an informational paragraph about the colonies?
