You can do number 2 and 5, but 5 being with the federal appeals court, since federal circuit court is usually the first court to hear your case.

If you managed to win the case in federal circuit, the federal govenrment would held a press release regarding your innocence, which is aimed to clear your name from previous accusations.

5.) appeal to the supreme court if the circuit court upholds your conviction

If the case still cannot be resolved in the Federal Circuit, then the case could be appealed to the supreme court. The result of cases in the supreme court could lead to the adjustment in constitution.
