Third person omniscient, as the narrator is referring to the characters as he/she, unlike first person where the narrator is also the [main] character (instead of “he said”, it would be “I said”) or second person where you are the character (“you said”), and its omniscient because the narrator knows everyones thoughts (notice that the narrator knows both what Janelle is thinking and what the manager is thinking).
