Answer:

Cities have changed over the past 200 years due to using and finding more way to settle down. Now that a large portion of the population knows how to farm and doesn't have to hunt unlike our ancestor. We find ourselves at a standstill every day new discoveries are being made, and now we don't even have to search for anything. We can just go to the store to but things, or purchase a house. Yes, indeed the cities have changed in the past 200 years.
