For the answer to the question above, I believe the answer to this is a land with <u><em>warm and humid climate condition. </em></u> Tropical vegetation grows on warm climate and the environment must be humid because in amid climates, rain is less and humid is less so the vegetation is less likely to survive. <u><em /></u>
The only solution to this problem is to say that the per capita GDP is higher for citizens in Chile than Brazil. It makes sense cause the higher the capita the higher the growth rate is.
