In dictatorship kind of government, there is rule of a single person leading to have power over small number of people and citizens have no say. Monarchy is a type of government which is led by kings and queens. Only the monarch has unlimited power in this case. Confederation is a sort of government in which a central government is given power for specific purposes by sovereign states.
