I think it is Powhatan, because in 1622 they led a raid in the Jamestown village, then the tribes were forced to give up some of their land.

Georgia was initially founded as a haven for
Sonbull [250]

D. English debtors.

Georgia was established as refuge for debtors as well as a buffer between the plantation colonies and Spanish Florida. It was also established as a non-slave colony.

Overflowing prisons in England caused a concern. James Oglethorpe provided a solution by requesting a colony for debtors to work off their debt through servitude toward the colony. No slaves were allowed in the colony as the debtors were the labor.

How did the atlantic conference and charter influence u.S. Involvement in world war ii?
vichka [17]

Answer:

It influenced the U.S. into giving official support to the Allies even when it was not directly involved in the war.

The reason for this is that the atlantic charter was an agreement between the United States and the United Kingdom (hence the name) in which both countries laid out ther vision for the future of the world: a world where liberal democracy dominated and economic freedom dominated, a view that was obviously contrary to the views of both Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy, and the Soviet Union.
