Explanation: Ever since the beginning of man their has always been class distinctiion from the times of cavement to modern civiliation it is aften seen as a requirment for a socity to be called a civilization. A hierarchy helped pass on power and control it causing order in a civilization allowing people to focus on other things besides looking for food and in modern times it was used to govern people maintaining order but in the industrial revolution poeple got feed up with the hierarchal form of governence cuasing several to turn to communism which was the basis of the Soviet Union but it because what is swore to destroy as tyrants quickly took control of the contry resulting in the suffering of the people which shows that a hierarchal form of governence is needed.
