Answer:

Stalin rose to power by helping other leaders achieve bureaucratic positions when he was secretary of the communist party. Thus, he used all the favors to reach power after Lenin died.

Hitler rose to power as a populist leader backed by a sector of people that looked or a change in society.

Explanation:Joseph Stalin rose to power by bureaucratic means, he was a revolutionary diligent leader and after Lenin reached power Stalin got into the chair or secretary of the communist party. Stalin then used his power to help different individuals reach important positions and when Lening died, he assumed full control over the Soviet Union. Lenin knew he had given too much power to him before he died because he was very powerful and he feared the worst, which Lenin did. After he died, he committed many crimes backing them with the concept of doing the best for the people. But he used the people to give the government full authority and management of resources.

On the other hand, Hitler was a populist leader that surged from the Nazi "workers national party" Which was a political party with nationalism and opposition to the government of the Versailles treaty. He rose to power by convincing the people he had the way to "make Germany great again". He despised immigrants and signaled Jews bankers and wealthy immigrants as responsible for the inequality Germany suffered. Because in his eyes they took advantage of the people. So he became popular as a nationalist and people picked him as Chancellor, then he used his power to gain control of the country.
