(Forced rhyme tends to make use of other rhyming devices like assonance and consonance, so it overlaps in many cases with the definition slant rhyme, but forced rhyme is a much broader and loosely-defined term that can be used to apply to any type of near-rhyme in the final syllables of a word)
Smoking/Drinking: Both in excess are not good for us. They lead to all kinds of health problems and deplete our bodies of necessary nutrients.
Sun/Cold: We can easily accelerate our aging process by basking in the sun’s rays (harmful UV rays). And spending a life time in cold environments can have a similar effect. Protecting the skin for the sun and damaging cold can combat common effects on our aging process.
Diet/Weight: There are foods that will help age you faster. Choosing a diet that is high in fats, sugars, processed foods, and low in fresh fruits and vegetables creates a bad internal environment. Being too thin or too heavy can add to the aging process. People tend to be less active and this leads to chronic health problems and the cycle of aging continues. The metabolism can be affected during the time of an eating disorder.
Stress: High stress (chronic) is a good recipe for aging. Stress affects everything from the way we carry ourselves to our energy level. People in this case also tend to have illnesses that can help the aging process along.
The mind plays a significant role in whether we are aging faster. So do not have anger and distress all the time. Making choices that work with our body rather against it can help slow down the aging process.
