enyata [817]
Marx and Engels scoff at those who denounced communism as inimical freedom because these people who did scoff at the manifesto were a part of the upper class. Communism was made to promote the working class and take away the insistent power that the upper class had (especially the bourgeois).

Which statement highlights the impact of the automobile?
AnnyKZ [126]

The correct answer is: all of these, as all of the options provided are correct.

Even though at the beginning automobiles were considered a luxury, as they started to be mass produced they became more affordable. Also, some changes were made to cars that made them cheaper to produce, so even the average American could afford to own a vehicle.

New businesses were created because the automobile industry grew. Even the government was involved with the Federal Highway Act of 1921. More gas stations were opened to supply the increasing demand for fuel, motels began to appear in long-distance routes to shelter travellers on the road. Fast food restaurants or diners began to appear, offering travellers cheap and fast food so they could be on their way rapidly.

Suburbs became popular, as people didn't need to live closer to their jobs and had a comfortable and fast way of transportation to pick up their children or do the shopping.
