Collaboration works best when teaching new material. Ideally, the material should be easily divided into approximately equal parts and have to give each group a clear part of the training and some tips on how to learn it. To collaborate in a class successfully to increase your level of learning you must have some basic rules like, establish you group goals. By establishing your goals within your members it can help you to save time.
You must keep our group mid-sized, a group does not have more than 4 or 5 members. Because everyone needs to participate and there should not be a place for freeloaders. And you have to build trust among the members and promote open communication to the members because that will allow groups to reduce anxiety. By considering the learning process itself as part of assessment leads to the successful collaboration in a class to amplify your learning.
