The second step of knighthood, when a boy, or more expectantly, his parents decide he would become a knight, he would be taken at the age of seven, to live and train at a current knight residence. At this stage, the boy was called a page, and would be as the knight’s servant. The page would complete tasks such as serving meals, cleaning his garments, and delivering messages. With this, the page would learn manners. Third, the page would move on to be a squire. At this time, the boy would be about fifteen years old, the boy now had new tasks such as taking care of the horses, and dewling. He becomes a knight at the age of twenty one. In conclusion, a knight must go through several steps before becoming a knight.<span>
