Not gonna write an essay here nor do I have access to your text. But:

Taking antibiotics with a broad spectrum range kills the normal flora found in your body. This puts you at a greater risk for infection.

Also, misusing antibiotics when we have no specific target to kill (like Staph. Aureus) is what has lead to increased genetic restance of antibiotics by microorganisms.

"Are you honest?", "Are you fair?" are the lines which Ophelia did not really understand why he was asking. This means that these lines are directed to Polonius.
"It hath made me mad" was said for them to believe that he's really crazy.
