Answer:

Sandia National Laboratories has been serving as a national defence R and D labs for last fifty years. It started in 1945 in New Mexico and was part of Manhattan Project which built the first nuclear weapons. The project helped US to gain advantage during the second world war and also during the cold war as it was the only country that had atom bombs. It was funded by US department of Energy for designing non-nuclear weapons for nuclear weapons of US. It has been preserving the national security by working with various industry groups and departments of US government.

The splashdown of Apollo 13 is only a little over an hour away, and the spacecraft is now down to the final component that remains, the Command Module. The damaged Service Module is gone, as is the Lunar Module Aquarius that successfully supported them all the way back from the Moon.

The Spanish would most likely try to recruit allies to defeat the armies of the Aztecs since the Spanish were bent on defeating the Aztecs and conquering Mexico. This would have been a strategy to create hegemony over this part of the New World.
