It is always the interviewee’s fault if an interview is bad.

That statement is false

The emotional condition or mood that's experienced by the interviewers by the time of interview could affect the outcome of the interview.

For example, let's say that the interview is conducted after the interviewer is being scolded by his/her boss. In this situation, it is very likely that every single mistake that the interviewee does would annoy the interviewer more than it usually does.

The statement is false.

Further Explanation:

An interview is a one-on-one conversation between an interviewer (the one who asks the questions) and an interviewee (who answers the questions). It is conducted in order to assess a person for a particular job. It is not always the interviewee’s fault for the bad interview because:

 • Sometimes the experience and age of the interviewers impact their appraisal of any candidate.
 • Some interviewers make stereotypes or have biases towards a certain type of candidate which results in the elimination of candidates for not any relevant reasons.
 • The interviewer has not trained in their tasks, and it results in the selection of the wrong candidate instead of the right one.
 • The interviewer becomes tired after taking many interviews, and their assessment weakens due to fatigue.
 • The emotional state of the interviewer at the time of the interview can affect the outcome of the interview.

Therefore, it is not always the interviewee’s fault for the bad interview.

OLEGan [10]
The answer is ‘not necessarily. Jerry has the ability to buy a new car, but we don't know if he also has the willingness to buy a new car.’ Because willingness goes hand in hand with this scenario. Many people has the ability to buy things since they have the money for it but unfortunately, the lack the willingness to buy something can affect this scenario. If he lacks willingness, he won't able to buy the new car. The question here is, is he willing to buy the car?

Katarina [22]

Answer:

A. whistle-blowing.

Explanation:

Whistle-blowing occurs when an employee exposes information of wrong-doing, unethical practice, or illegal actions. The information released can either be to internal authorities or it can be released to external parties.

When an employee does not have confidence that appropriate action will be taken on the information provided, employees tend to go to external parties with the information.

This was the case with EAC above where the staff were going to the press. EAC now set up a whistle-blowing framework that increased employee confidence and reduced turn-over.
