Into paragraphs compare and contrast lyrical poems and songs in the first paragraph identify the characteristics of each form of poetry then explain why the poet would choose to do so each of those forms

Poems just have a rhythm and sometimes rhyme whereas Songs always have a beat and don't normally rhyme. There are different styles of each of these examples. Poems can be written as wordals sometimes and both of these have in common that you start a new line after each scentence. Hope i helped x
