Great War of Empire was also called Seven years’ war or the French Indian War. Britain along with Prussia waged war against France, Austria and Russia. This war was most brutal and first initiated in North America. In Europe the Spanish empire experienced the downfall and there were huge tensions that remained constant between Britain and France.

After the peace treaty in India, East India Company showed the dominance but fortunately by that time the Mughal Empire faced the downfall in India and British expanded its empire by occupying India.

To stop the westward expansion of the American colonists, France claimed Ohio to be theirs and they built many forts around the city in order to save it from foreign invasions. George Washington, who led a large militia, attacked the forts and compelled the French king to surrender and expelled the French. Thus French Indian war ended.
