Vaping is addicting because it contains nicotine. Starting at such a young age can give you lots of health problems down the line of your future. It can increase the risk of dying because it’s a toxin and increase the risk of cancer. It’s not any better than smoking. If you vape enough in your life it’s likely you’ll start smoking and get addicted to that. This affects your liver and your lungs and just your over all health!

What affects do mulation have?check all that apply

Answer:

Harmful mutations may cause genetic disorders or cancer. A genetic disorder is a disease caused by a mutation in one or a few genes. A human example is cystic fibrosis. A mutation in a single gene causes the body to produce thick, sticky mucus that clogs the lungs and blocks ducts in digestive organs.

Mutations arise spontaneously at low frequency owing to the chemical instability of purine and pyrimidine bases and to errors during DNA replication. Natural exposure of an organism to certain environmental factors, such as ultraviolet light and chemical carcinogens (e.g., aflatoxin B1), also can cause mutations.

only a small percentage of mutations cause genetic disorders—most have no impact on health or development. For example, some mutations alter a gene's DNA sequence but do not change the function of the protein made by the gene.

Answer:

Target Heart Rate

Explanation:

Target heart rate is generally expressed as a percentage (usually between 50 percent and 85 percent) of your maximum safe heart rate. The maximum rate is based on your age, as subtracted from 220. So for a 50-year-old, maximum heart rate is 220 minus 50, or 170 beats per minute.
