murzikaleks [220]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

The elements of the Celtic culture that survived their invasions were the following.

One of them was the way they forged iron and produced weapons such as blades. The Celtic technique influenced the Roman Army. Celts knew how to work with iron. Celtic metalwork and cultural traditions were an important part of the Iron Age in Europe, reaching far places in the Mediterranean.

Another key aspect that transcended was the way they saw and pa¿ractice religion. They focused on worship elements of nature. They could be considered spiritual people, not religious people.

Another important element was Celtic art that passed the test of time and influenced the Romans and can be admired even today in places such as Scotland and Ireland, where buildings and temples contain much of the influence of Celtic art.

When Britain took New York from the Dutch, they reversed liberal
ser-zykov [4K]

Answer: increasingly regulated them

Explanation:

After the British took over the then New Amsterdam in 1664 and renamed it to New York, they took away the privileges that certain people in society had enjoyed such as women and black people.

In the case of black people, they removed many of them from the skilled jobs that they had and made slavery legal a year after they arrived. Some decades later in 1712 they clamped down even harder on enslaved people and limited their movements in the city and even sometimes refused white people from releasing them.

How did Europeans continue their explorations beyond the Americas?
madreJ [45]

Answer:

The 1490's was a time of sailing, exploration, war, and trade. They competed for land, explored and invaded foreign lands, led conquests, and were victorious. This time was also full of powerful leaders, such as Hernando Cortés who led the expedition to mexico and Montezuma, who was the ruler of the Aztec Empire. The history of North America is very unique, it's a wide combination of European cultures and new American characteristics. North American's history began with the Vikings brief stint in 1000 A.D and continued through England's colonization  of the Atlantic in the 17th century. This history laid the foundation of the United States of America. As more Europeans arrived, the Americas moved westward across the continent. During the expeditions, Americans were enticed by the lure of riches and opened land, and the desire to fulfill the nation's destiny.
