Plus the nucleus is positively charged because it contaims only protons ans neutrons. Neutrons are neutral and protons are positive so the protons over power the nuetrons. Therefore the nucleus is not made of neutrons and electrons so C is wrong. And B is also wromg because the nucleus does indeed have mass. So the correct answer is D, it is the most massibe part of a atom.
