What does la froir mean after you conjugate it with avoir

Hi !!

I guess it's "avoir froid" you meant = to be cold

I English its "I am cold" , in French "avoir froid" 

you have to use the auxiliaire avoir  not être

J'ai froid
Tu as froid
Il/Elle / On a froid
Nous avons frid
Vous avez froid
Ils ont froid
