How have the six basic principles that are in the U.S. Constitution
allowed the U.S. Constitution to continue to provide the framework for
our government for like over two hundred years? the six basic principles being: popular sovereignty, limited government, separation of powers, checks and balances, judicial review, and federalism. I'd like to understand the whole concept better.
The term "boomtowns" is used to describe any city or development that pops up quickly around a rapidly-growing industry. This term is also used to describe the cities that appeared- and disappeared- quickly around gold mines in the west.
During the French Revolution, French men had universal suffrage. Later in Britain, this suffrage was expanded incrementally to cover all men of all classes and stature.
