Explanation:

Jews have essentially had a "kick-me" sign on their backs for all of history. I don't get it why any authoritarian supporter and tinfoil hat wear conspiracy theory guy blames them for the mere crime of existing. I guess you could count the last one through the "Taglit-Birthright Israel" group that gives 10 free trips for people they see with a "birth right", though that was made in the 90's and probably doesn't relate.
