Another theory suggests that the moai were placed on top of logs and were rolled to their destinations. There are so many more theories, but the theory I believe is the one where the Rapanui moved the moai using various methods, from strapping the statues to tree trunks and dragging them on the ground to rolling them on sleds over felled trees.
