In this lesson, you learned about an analogy between parts of our society and some organelles. Now, your job is to come up with

an analogy between organelles and a school. Be sure your analogy contains a comparison between four organelles and four parts of a school. Additionally, your response should include an explanation as to why the analogy works for that particular organelle. The analogy has been started for you below.
In comparing a school to a cell, the main office would be like nucleus because this is where the information is stored and it functions as a "control center" for the school.

1. Membrane, maybe a fence around your school or the walls as it is physical barrier between the cells internal environment and the outside.

2. Chloroplast, cafeteria, it generates food for the cell.

3. Rough endoplasmic reticulum, corridors, it transports proteins.

4. Lysosome, trash can, gets rid of old parts of the cell
