What factor determines how much linoleic acid can twist and bend its shape?
Zolol [24]

Answer:

D

Explanation:

Linoleic acid is an omega-6 fatty acid that is composed of an 18 carbon chain polymer. Most of the bonds are single bonds but few are double bonds. The double bonds form ‘kinks’ (bends) in the chains. The more the C=C bonds the more bendy the molecule. Nonetheless, it is significant to note that single (sigma) bonds are easy to rotate around their axis than double and triple  (pi) bonds. The more the single bonds, the more flexibility the the molecule.
