The types of exercise you should do is cardio, flexibility, and strength. Any exercise that fits in any of those categories should be great weekly.<span />

Hello,

There are many kinds of exercises you can do every week. You don't have to but you could for good exercise. Here is some that I will list for you:

Sports such as(Golf, BasketBall, Soccer, Tennis, Baseball, Football, etc)

Running, Jogging, and Walking.

Jumping, Flipping, Lifting.

Everything is exercise as long as you MOVE.
