to intimidate the German population

The SS was an agency founded by Adolf Hitler to, at first, grant his security, eventually the SS got granted more and more responsabilities over the population, arriving to a point where they were the maximun representation of the executive branch, they incouraged patriotism and initimidated all of those who wouldn´t agree with the Fuhrer´s way of doing things.

The power of Federal Governments has grown because of overreaching, executive orders and abuse. This has extended far beyond the objective of the Founding Fathers.</span>
