1.The story is about a man named Maibon. He helps a dwarf, so he is granted one wish. He got a stone that makes him never grow old. After he gets the stone, a bunch of things go terribly wrong.

2.In the story, "The Stone" by Lloyd Alexander, the main character, Maibon, was worried about aging. Maibon was worried about aging due to the effects when you age. The story took place a long time ago, in a farmland. In this, we will be focusing on  how Maibon changes during the story.
