It’s hard to say, I don’t know any styles that fit this exact description but I can give my two best guesses.

Environmental Art
- uses natural materials from the art piece’s environment as the media and basis for the artwork. Often used to make a statement about nature or environmental conditions.
(think Walter De Maria’s “Lightening Field”)

Art Nouveau
- usually an applied art that uses nature-inspired forms but not necessarily made from natura materials.
(think Alphonse Mucha’s “Daydream”)

sorry i couldn’t offer something more specific. hope you find what you’re looking for!

Zepler [3.9K]

Answer:

a. sculpture that has an integral relationship with the particular site where it exists.

Explanation:

Site-specific art is a form of environmental art that is created in order to fit and be shown at a certain place. The artist evaluated the space and location, and they make the art that is specifically tied to it. The place is likely part of the art piece and the work is best appreciated when observed in the context.

Site-specific art can be in form of the dance or performance, but they are most often installations, murals, or sculptures. The site-specific sculpture is, therefore, the sculptural element that is in some way integrated to the location where it is placed and is not supposed to be observed separately from where it is set by the artist.
