Definition of food security:

The state of having reliable access to a sufficient quantity of affordable nutritious food, or as defined by the United Nations' Committee it could also mean that all people, at all times, have physical, social, and economic access to sufficient, safe, and nutritious food that meets their food preferences and dietary needs for an active and healthy life.

Definition of pandemic:

A pandemic is defined as "an epidemic occurring worldwide, or over a very wide area, crossing international boundaries and usually affecting a large number of people". The classical definition includes nothing about population immunity, virology or disease severity.
