Is it easy to record history without including some bias?

That would depend on whom is writing the history sources. Was it written in that time or later on, looking back on the situation?
People influenced by events in that time period are more likely to be biased than those that are not directly involved. Although, situations of ancestors, etc. can also create bias when discussing history.
