The parent function f(x) = x3 is transformed to g(x) = (x – 1)3 + 4. Identify the graph of g(x).
Dominik [7]

we have f(x)=x^3 which is a cubic function.

and =(x-1)^3+4.

from f(x) and g(x) we know that both are cubic and g(x) has shrink of 1 and up by 4 units in x axis .

What is the converse of the following conditional statement? If x = –10, then x2 = 100
tangare [24]
The converse would be If x² = 100 then x = -10

So essentially if the conditional statement is p → q then the converse is q → p (In essence, the converse of a conditional statement  is formed by interchanging the hypothesis and the conclusion.)

Can someone help me? And no, I don’t just want the answer. I literally need to know how to do it pls
elena-s [515]

Answer:

36

Step-by-step explanation:

The angle b is a right angle which is divided into 2. So, each angle would measure 45 degree. (90 / 2 = 45)

tan 45 = 1

\AD\ = 100 - 64 = 36

to find x , remember SOCAHTOA

tan would be used because we have the vale of the opposite angle and we want to find the value of the adjacent angle

Tan 45 = opposite / adjacent

1 = 36/x

x = 36

Denzel wants to work out the density of a block of wood the block of wood is in the shape of the cuboid
marishachu [46]

Answer:

Density = 1.094g/cm^3

Step-by-step explanation:

Given

Length = 17.7cm

Width = 8.3cm

Height = 13.0cm

Mass = 2090g

See attachment

Required

Determine the density of the wood

First, we calculate the volume of the wood.

Volume = Length * Width * Height

Substitute values for Length, Width and Height

Volume = 17.7cm * 8.3cm * 13.0cm

Volume = 1909.83cm^3

The density is:

Density = \frac{Mass}{Volume}

Density = \frac{2090g}{1909.83cm^3}

Density = 1.094g/cm^3<em> --- approximated</em>
