You need tracing paper and pencil

You first trace the triangles you see in the question and follow the rotation instructions.

For example, question 5 says to rotate 90 clockwise

so trace triangle on tracing paper, hold pencil on one point of the corners and rotate the tracing paper clockwise 90.

then you have a new triangle which you can draw out with a ruler.

Hope this somehow made sense, Its hard to give instructions in writing :)
