There is bias in the everything. Some people were biased towards the north and some towards the south. If you're referring to the conclusion of the war during reconstruction the north was a bit biased. Some say the penalties on the south were a bit harsh.

inessss [21]

The correct answers that fill the blanks of the sentence are the following.

1) Duma, 2) Liberals. 3) Democratic, 4) Civil Liberties, 5) Continue, 6) Desertion.

Following the abdication of the Tsar, a provisional government was set up in February 1917 by leaders in the Duma and generally composed of Liberals. Its members hoped to set up a Democratic system of government and sought to secure civil liberties. However, the government lost a lot of its popular support when it chose to continue Russia’s participation in the war, leading to mass desertion of soldiers by the fall of 1917.

The Provisional Government replaced the Tzars in March 1917. Tzar's government had collapsed due to the revolution. The members of the Duma set up that provisional government under the leadership of Alexander Kerensky, but he had to share the government with the Petrograd Soviet.

With portly managed irrigation, crops may have trouble doing well and would untimely end with less production of food. With less food, there will be more competition over it and will result in the downfall of civilization.
