Most people around the world feel some anxious before exams.

The subject is very interesting to study and try to approach suggestion about it.

Some authors studying the subject have comments as: Exam anxiety is the experience of feeling an intense moment or fear or panic before and or during an exam or assessment.

In this particular case of Bonnie, she must try:

1) Take softly a depth breath more than five times.

2) Mindfulness used like relaxation training.

3) Think about what is the worse that may happens in the test.

4) Drink fresh water before and during the test.

5) Pray to the Lord to get his help.

6) Talk with the teacher before the test to get supporting through special consideration.

In summary, Bonnie could have many options to reduce his nervous before the test.
