Government" of some sort has existed for as long as humans have been around, it seems, and longer. Our ancestors were primates and mammals, and even among the uncivilized fauna of the world, pecking orders emerge.

Government is known to be a the system or group of people governing an organized community, often a state. Without government our lives would most likely be in complete chaos. Government provides us rules and organization which ultimately helps us as citizens. Although different types of governments have different standards, they all have a certain way on how society should function making it easier on all of us. Hope this helped :))

What action spurred Spain, France, the Netherlands, and England to begin their own sea explorations
harkovskaia [24]

There is multiple reasons. One of those reasons being that those nation's were extremely Catholic. So all these counties were Catholic religion based and their idea was that they needed to spread the faith and religion. It was to them their lives calling and duty. Britian starting spreading out as far as over seas to get out and let the people know and the other nations felt they needed to catch up and started to look at it as a competition instead of the team effort. They believed the more they soreaded the faith out the more God would reward them. That's one of the main reasons that those counties spreaded out, to find economic growth and find their faith.

Hope this helped

In which way did the amendment process for the constitution differ from that of the articles of confederation?
uysha [10]

Constitutional amendments required a three-quarters state majority, while amendments to the Articles of Confederation required a unanimous state vote.

A constitution is a set of basic principles or established precedents that form the legal basis of a political body, organization, or another type of body and generally determine how that body is governed.

When these principles are set down in a single document or set of legal documents, we say that these documents embody a written composition. When brought together in a single comprehensive document, it embodies a codified constitution. The British Constitution is a striking example of an unwritten constitution. Instead, much of the underlying law of legislatures, judicial proceedings, or treaties are written.

The legislation affects different levels of organizations, from sovereign states to corporations to unincorporated bodies. The treaty that establishes an international organization is also its constitution, as it defines how that organization is structured. Within a state, the constitution defines the underlying principles of the state, the process by which laws are made, and by whom. Some constitutions, especially codified ones, also act as limiters of state power, setting limits, such as fundamental rights, that the rulers of the state cannot violate.

Stells [14]

Answer:

The French and Indian War began in 1754 and ended with the Treaty of Paris in 1763. The war provided Great Britain enormous territorial gains in North America, but disputes over subsequent frontier policy and paying the war's expenses led to colonial discontent, and ultimately to the American Revolution. In 1774, the British Parliament passed a series of laws collectively known as the Intolerable Acts, with the intent to suppress unrest in colonial Boston by closing the port and placing it under martial law. In response, colonial protestors led by a group called the Sons of Liberty issued a call for a boycott. The Intolerable Acts were a series of laws passed by the British Parliament in the mid-1770s. The British instated the acts to make an example of the colonies after the Boston Tea Party, and the outrage they caused became the major push that led to the outbreak American Revolution in 1775.It was on December 16, 1773 that American rebels disguised themselves as Indians and threw 342 chests of British Tea into the Boston Harbor, paving the way for the American Revolution.
