The Niagara Movement led to the formation of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.

Further Explanations:

The Niagara Movement was a Civil Rights Movement Structured by African Americans under the governance of William Monroe Trotter and WE.B. Du Bios. It demanded equality for the American African with equal commercial opportunities and aimed at providing a decent life to the African Americans. In the case of education, it demanded free and obligatory education independent of race.

It was named “Niagara” after its first get-together held near Niagara fall in 1905. The movement erupted to oppose the disfranchisement and racial isolation and led to the institution of the “National Association for the Advancement of Colored People” that ensured the social, commercial, educational and personal rights of the black citizens and eliminate the sense of racism from the society.

The movement came to an end after the elimination of “Jim Crow Law” that was totally facilitating racial injustice between the native of America and the African Americans. The movements' last meeting was held at Sea Isle City of New Jersey in 1909.

What are Mapp Vs Ohio issues
Dovator [93]

Mapp Vs Ohio issues refer to a judicial case that took place in 1961, in which the Supreme Court ruled 6 to 3 in a case where evidence presented at a trial was illegally obtained and used against the defendant.

Miss Mapp was a woman who refused to admit the intrussion of three Cleveland police officers into her house in persuit to some evidence in connection with a recent bombing issue. Officers did’nt have any warrant signed by a judge when they arrived to her home.

During the case, attorney allegated the protection of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution of the US (current since 1791 as a part of the Bill of Rights) for the woman. This amendment forbids unreasonable searches and seizures of individuals and property and implies that the use of evidence obtained in violation of the amendment is unconstitutional
