Frequently the future indicative is used to give a solemn command; or a verbal periphrasis, formed by a conjugated verb in present indicative that conveys an obligation, need or right, such as <em>haber que </em>(have to)<em>, deber de </em>(must),<em> tener que </em>(have to), followed by a verb in infinitive.
i.e. <em>No robarás</em> (You shall/will not steal.)
<em>Hay </em><em>que </em><em>llegar </em><em>temprano. </em>(It's mandatory to arrive early)
