So, when making a persuasive essay, the point of this essay is to allow for the reader or the listener to absorb what you are going to say or what you are saying.
You would want to try to persuade the person into what ever you are talking about.
So, from reviewing you option's from above, the best answer that would make the most sense in this case would actually be the answer B.
You would also want to make your speech a big impact on the reader, to allow them to capture your speech, and to take it, and apply it also.
