<u>Explanation</u>:

“Pyramids” were built of only stone during the earliest “Egyptian” period. They believed in after life that was very similar to the living world.  

They had an elaborate way to pay funeral to the dead body. They used to mummify the body, keep some goods along with the body thinking it would be useful for the body after life. They thought that spirit remains linked to the body even after death and they kept all important things in the grave to take care of the spirit, which included furniture, gold and even food.
