I believe this is because Archaea differ from bacteria in a number of ways. These includes;
Unlike bacteria, archaea cell walls do not contain peptidoglycan, Archaea have different membrane lipid bonding compared to Bacteria and Eucarya. That is Archaeal lipids lack the fatty acids found in Bacteria and Eukaryotes and instead have side chanis composed of repeating units of isoprene. Other differences are like Bacteria, Archaea have 70 S ribosomes, but they have a different shape; Archaea have more complex RNA polymerases than Bacteria, similar to Eucarya.

Some interphase cells contain twice as much DNA as other interphase cells within the same tissue sample. Is this normal? Why?
FinnZ [79.3K]

Answer:

Yes, Since the interphase cells in G2 would have twice the DNA as the interphase cells in G1 phase or start of S phase.

Explanation:

Interphase has three stages: G1, S and G2 phase. DNA replication occurs in the S phase and doubles the DNA content of the cell. So, the DNA content of the interphase cells of the same tissue depends on stages of interphase.

The interphase cells which are in the G1 phase has half the DNA content as it is present in the interphase that has entered the G2 phase after completion of DNA replication in S phase.

Filtrate is formed as fluid is forced through the walls of the glomerulus and
Goryan [66]

Answer:

initially, collects in the structure indicated by the letter B

Explanation:

Filtrate is formed as fluid is forced through the walls of the glomerulus and, initially, collects in the structure indicated by the letter B.

Urine formed by a kidney collects in the renal pelvis before being drained from the kidney by the urethra and transported to the urinary bladder.

The process by which glomerulus filtration occurs is called renal ultrafiltration. The force of hydrostatic pressure in the glomerulus (the force of pressure exerted from the pressure of the blood vessel itself) is the driving force that pushes filtrate out of the capillaries and into the slits in the nephron.
