Because conflicts may breed to active listening, communication and responsibility. By active listening is when you give your full attention to the person who is talking, absorbing his ideas, opinions, suggestions on a subject matter and respond accordingly with respect. Communication is a two way process wherein there is a messenger (one who talks) and receiver (one who listens). This is a responsibility of both the messenger/giver (parents) or receiver (youth). Being responsible is owing up to the possible consequences of your decision whether it was right or wrong.
