i mean it can be a good/positive attitude here are some examples:

Positive self-doubts can help you set personal goals or action plans.

Positive self doubts can maybe push you harder to do what you're doubting, work harder to burn body fat(if there is any), and just generally push you to finally being able to do what you're trying to achieve.

Finally, If you thing of doubt as constructive, to where you are telling yourself yeah, maybe i could work on this more as a person, i guess that could be another example.
