Which of these logs is the greatest? I need to know how to figure this out for a math test tomorrow. Could someone explain the process? Thanks!!

I just learned logarithm and I think the answer is B.
$A) \frac{1}{2}^{x} = ( \frac{1}{2}^{2} ) ^{30}$
So A is 60.
$B) 2 ^{x} =( 2 ^{4} )^{16}$
So B is 64.
$C) 3 ^{x} = (3 ^{3} ) ^{20}$
So C is 60.
$D) (2^{2})^{x} = 2^{120}$
So D is 60.
Then B is the biggest.
