B.An artifact with special meaning

We use symbolism when we invest objects, traits, colors, animals, etc. with a symbolic meaning that is entirely different from their actual form. For example, nowadays a dove is a symbol of peace, sometimes the color black represents death, and an owl may symbolize wisdom. Likewise, In a story, we can give a special meaning to an artifact by symbolizing it.

For instance, If I were to write a story about a rich family, I could mention and describe different objects in a scene to infer the wealthiness of the family without being explicit, I could describe different artifacts that symbolizes wealthiness, grandeur, and prosperity, glamour, such as a golden artifact.
