The two variables that are held constant when testing Boyle's law in a manometer are; temperature and mass of gas.

Boyle's law is a gas law that explains how the pressure of a gas tends to increase as the volume of the container decreases. The law states that the volume of a given mass of a gas is inversely proportional to the pressure at constant temperature. Boyle's law is expressed as PiVi = PfVf, (where Pi = initial pressure, Vi = initial volume, Pf = final pressure and Vf = final volume).
